Terms of Use

Last updated 13 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website (levry.com) is operated by Fillit Space Ltd, trading as Levry, a company registered in Ireland (company number 572284) with its registered office at Pottery House, Pottery Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin ("Levry", "we", "us" or "our").

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website. They do not cover your use of the Levry platform itself if you are a customer; that is governed by a separate agreement signed between Levry and your organisation.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this website.

We may update these Terms from time to time: see "Changes to these Terms" below. Continued use of the website after any update means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Using this website

You may browse this website and use the "Ask Levry" tool, the pricing calculator, and our contact and demo request forms for their intended purpose of learning about and enquiring about Levry.

You agree not to: use the website in any way that breaches applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems; scrape, copy or reproduce substantial parts of the website by automated means; or introduce viruses, malware or other harmful material.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Levry name, logo, and all text, graphics, animations and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.

5. Enquiries and demo requests

When you submit a demo request, contact sales, or other enquiry form on this website, you're giving us the information provided (such as your name, company and email address) so that we can respond to you. We do not use this website to process bookings, leases or payments; those activities happen on our customers' own dedicated platforms, not on levry.com.

6. Third-party links and services

This website links to and describes third-party services we rely on to build and run Levry (for example Anthropic's Claude, Stripe, Docusign, Intercom, Heroku and AWS). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website or service, and linking to them does not imply endorsement by that third party of Levry, or by us of them.

7. No warranty

This website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any information on it is complete, accurate or up to date. Nothing on this website constitutes advice on which you should rely, and we recommend you speak with us directly before making any decision based on its content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Levry will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of profits, data or business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law.

9. Privacy

Any personal data you submit through this website (for example via a demo request or contact form) is handled in line with our data protection obligations under the GDPR. We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry, and we don't sell your data to third parties.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date below. Please check back periodically to stay informed of any changes.

12. Contact us

If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at [contact email].
