levry.com is operated by Fillit Space Limited, trading as Levry, which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Fillit Space Limited is registered in Ireland under company number 572284, with its registered office at Pottery House, Pottery Road, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
This policy covers levry.com, including the enquiry forms and the "Ask Levry" assistant. Levry Tools, the private area at levry.com/tools, is accessible only to authorised staff and is also covered below.
Information you give us
If you contact us through the site, we collect only what the form asks for:
- Contact sales: your name, company, email address, the number of centres you manage, and your message.
- Get a demo: your name, company, email address, and which features you are interested in.
- Ask Levry: the question you type. This is sent to Anthropic, which provides the underlying AI model, to generate an answer. Please do not enter confidential or personal information into it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you visit, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to operate and secure the site.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technology on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not carry out automated decision-making.
We do not ask for or collect special categories of personal data, and we do not take payments on this site.
Cookies
The public pages of levry.com set no cookies. Because we set no analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, there is nothing here that requires your consent, which is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
The private Levry Tools area sets a session cookie when an authorised user signs in. It exists solely to keep that person signed in, expires after seven days, and is strictly necessary for the service to function.
How we use your information, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry or arrange a demo — our legitimate interests, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- To generate an answer in Ask Levry — our legitimate interests in helping you find information about our product.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site — our legitimate interests in keeping the service available and protected against misuse.
- To authenticate staff using Levry Tools — our legitimate interests in restricting access to authorised people.
- To comply with legal obligations where they apply to us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Salesforce (Heroku) — hosting and application logs. Our infrastructure runs in the European Union.
- Intuit Mailchimp (Mandrill) — delivering enquiry emails to us. Based in the United States.
- Anthropic — providing the AI model behind Ask Levry. Based in the United States.
- Google — sign-in for authorised staff accessing Levry Tools.
- We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law.
International transfers
Our hosting is located in the European Union. Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the safeguards permitted by data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
TO CONFIRM: the specific transfer mechanism relied on for each provider should be confirmed with legal advice before this policy is published.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us.
Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then overwritten.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have your data erased, to restrict or object to our processing of it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@levry.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law.
Complaints
We would rather hear from you first if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, so we have the chance to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission, the supervisory authority for Ireland, at dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
